We will be issuing football equipment on Saturday, June 21, from 10-2 at Cow Pond. If you cannot make this date, we will issue equipment on the first day of practice, August 4th.
Please bring the required paperwork with you at this time. This can be found under the “documents” tab on the left side of the website.

*Current physical (must be dated January 2008 or later)
***please note: if you have a physical scheduled prior to the beginning of the season, just bring us a copy when you get it. If you have a physical dated prior to January 2008, please use the doctor consent form from the website.
*FOR NEW PLAYERS ONLY--- We will need an original birth certificate with raised seal. It will be returned to you during the season.
For those with an outstanding registration fee balance, while payment is due in full by July 1, 2008, we must have full payment in order for you to pick up equipment at this time. Otherwise you will be issued your equipment on August 4th.
